The leadership team has remained as 17 women, even though over the past seven years different faces have occupied the chairs of the various work areas. The team meets on a monthly basis to plan the upcoming Yada's. The team oversees the work areas such as: prayer ministry, kitchen helpers, decorations, hostesses, promotions, media, communications, and few more. Along with the leadership team, more than 50 women volunteer their time and talents each month in these ministry areas for the Yada events.
